Concept drawings, structural calcs and a fixed-scope quotation. Planning & Building Control handled in-house.

Programme

A locked start date and week-by-week schedule. Materials ordered, trades booked, site set up clean.

Build

Directly-employed team on site daily, named project manager, weekly progress photos to your phone.

Handover

Joint snag walk, full sign-off pack, warranties and a 12-month aftercare call. We don't disappear.
